\nLa pel\u00edcula estadounidense, dirigida por Norman Jewison, se proyectar\u00e1 este jueves 18 de septiembre en la Estaci\u00f3n Ferrocarril<\/p>\n

Organizado por la Fundaci\u00f3n Puerto Colombia, el Cine Foro La Estaci\u00f3n continua el ciclo de septiembre “Las vidas de Jes\u00fas”, que presentar\u00e1 este jueves 18 Jesucristo Superstar. La cita es a las 7:00 p.m. en la Estaci\u00f3n Ferrocarril de Bol\u00edvar con entrada libre gratuita.<\/p>\n

Jesucristo Superstar es dirigida por Norman Jewison y fue estrenada 1973. Est\u00e1 basada en el musical del mismo nombre, de Andrew Lloyd Webber y Tim Rice. Narra la vida de Jesucristo desde poco antes de la entrada en Jerusal\u00e9n hasta su crucifixi\u00f3n. El elenco de la pel\u00b4picula lo encabeza Ted Neeley, quien interpreta a Jes\u00fas; Yvonne Elliman es Mar\u00eda Magdalena, Josh Mostel en el rol de Herodes, Barry Dennen da vida a Poncio Pilato y Carl Anderson es Judas Iscariote.<\/p>\n

La pel\u00edcula comienza con la llegada de todos los actores en un autob\u00fas colectivo y la obertura est\u00e1 dedicada a la identificaci\u00f3n entre ellos de Jesucristo, quien emerge de en medio del grupo al tiempo que es investido con una sencilla t\u00fanica blanca, mientras extiende sus brazos, creando el centro de la atenci\u00f3n al momento en que suenan los acordes que identifican la melod\u00eda principal.<\/p>\n

En la escena siguiente, Judas hace un an\u00e1lisis cr\u00edtico de la actitud de la gente hacia Jes\u00fas y la forma en que su imagen se idealiza, alej\u00e1ndola de lo que \u00e9l considera son los valores primarios que deber\u00edan defenderse, como la ayuda a los pobres y necesitados. Judas acusa a los seguidores de Jes\u00fas de tener “demasiado Cielo en sus mentes” y teme que sean perseguidos por el gobierno de Roma, al verse amenazados por las afirmaciones de que Jes\u00fas es el “Hijo de Dios” y “Rey de los Jud\u00edos”.<\/p>\n

La obra fue filmada en Israel y otras localizaciones de Oriente Pr\u00f3ximo. En Chile se mantuvo en cartelera durante dos a\u00f1os, marcando un hito de continuidad.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
